Creating the deliverables for this Alice Through the Looking Glass themed auction dinner was a great opportunity to explore a fresh direction but retain the whimsical charm from this popular story. I started by sketching out the characters and ideas inclusive in the story and after refining and coloring with watercolor I scanned them and transformed them into vector pieces that could be scaled and used over in different combinations. This allowed me to create one large wreath of imagery to be used across posters and banners while individual elements could be used for different deliverables such as invitations, table numbers, and auction item numbers.
